The Henny Belt is a padded hip belt with seven 2" adjustment points. The hip belt combined with the Henny Attachment Base Kit allows for numerous novel and effective exercises. The athlete is able to attach out in front of the rack/load and do everything from running in place to weighted marches and crawls.
